This Kamut is Egyptian whole wheat, so if you like good whole wheat pastas out there, you should like this one too. The added benefit is 6 grams of fiber per 2 oz serving, very high. And the shape is one you cannot find out there, this is good for soups, sides, and salads with beans/veggies (as I have just made with it today). The taste & texture is very palatable to me and my husband. Box directions say to boil 9 - 11 mins; but once it returns to a boil, I'd simmer it only 7 or 8 mins to keep it 'al dente.'
